People First
Our district consists mostly of townships, many of them rural. We moved to Columbia Station in 1995 for more space, smaller class sizes and a larger sense of community. While the rural areas in my township have grown smaller, farmers and agriculture are still a top priority in district townships and villages along with zoning, funding, safety, roads and environmental issues.

Freedom
Freedom to control your own body.
Freedom to love who you love and be who you are.
Freedom to make your own choices.
And equality for all. Full stop.

Economy Now
Ohioans deserve an economy that works for all, and not just the wealthy. The current administration has made it clear that they are more invested in their own pockets than they are in their constituents.

Dignity in Work
My mother was a Teamster and I support unions. I have been working since I was 14, carrying two jobs during the summer to pay for college tuition. But Ohioans shouldn’t have to work two low-paying jobs just to get by.
Every Ohioan deserves the dignity of a secure job with decent wages and good benefits.

Opportunity with Public Education
Every child deserves a good, solid education regardless of where they live. They deserve one with a curriculum chosen by education specialists, not politicians or special interest groups.
Strong public schools along with career tech centers, community colleges or state universities provide our children with the critical thinking and job skills they need to succeed.

Gun Sense
On average, nearly 130 Americans are shot and killed every day — and twice that many are wounded.
As your state representative, I will fight for common sense gun safety policies such as background checks, red flag laws, and laws encouraging/requiring secure storage.
It’s common sense.
